2.Initial Engineering Analysis Once we receive your drawings and quality requirement, our engineers start to evaluate your project and quote you within 24 hours. |

3.Sample Confirmation Once we confirm the drawing and receive the tooling payment, we then start to develop the tooling and sent samples for your confirmation. Tooling development time will be around 15 working days, and 25 working days for the difficult design. |
4.Aluminium Profile Extruding After sample is confirmed, we start to arrange the material extrusion. Our extrusion machine capacity range from 600 tons to 5000 tons press force. |
5.Material Cutting When the extruded aluminium profiles pass the quality tests, it moves to cutting process. Our advanced automatic cutting machine is applied to assure smooth cutting-edge surface and avoid jagged edged. |
6.CNC (Computer Numerical Control) This step transfers the primitive state extruded aluminum profile into more complicated form. We have advanced CNC equipment to control the precision within ±0.02mm. Machining capabilities include; Milling, Turning, Drilling, Welding and Turning. Machining Length range from 450 to 6500mm. |
7.Metal Stamping We are also capable to produce the metal stamping parts to meet your further requirement. You can benefit from the cost-effective and higher efficiency by using our progressive tool for your metal parts. |
8.Cleanout Process A critical process before transferring the processed workpieces to surface treatment. Our sophisticated processors pay close attention to each detail, removing burr and polishing surface. |
9.Anodising Treatment Our auto-anodising production line ensures colour symmetry, dot-free and superior finish quality with designed hangers which can adapt to various shapes of products. Other surface treatments include; powder coating, painting and polishing. |
10.Quality Control We pay close attention to every step during the production, alleviating our clients’ concerns and ensuring that the final products fulfill the high standards. |
11.Packing Final Products Each final product will be carefully packed and wrapped with PVC film and loaded on wooden pallet, We can also do package according to your specification. |
