What is your lead time to manufacture 1000pcs heat sinks?
Normally the lead time will be within 15 working days after your heat sink sample confirm. We also have a flexible delivery time for your urgent order.

Yes, you most probably need to invest a tooling for your customize aluminum parts. But the tooling cost is very competitive in our factory.
What is your production capability?
We can extrude over 2000tons material for our extrusion production lines, for CNC machining parts, we can produce over 300k pcs per month.
Can I get a sample for my designed heat sink?
Yes, sure, for customized heat sink, we will offer you 2pcs free samples while you need to pay the tooling cost.
Should I necessarily provide CAD or 3D drawing?
It would be better if you can provide us CAD or 3D drawing for fast evaluation. But other drawing is also ok for us.
What are the lead time and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for custom heat sinks?
It depends on the structure and the total volumn of the heat sink, for the common standard one, MOQ is 100pcs and LT with 12 working days is ok. Better to consult our team for exact info.
