Production Process
Aluminum extrusion type heat sink is mainly made of aluminum alloy, and the aluminum ingot is heated to 520-540℃ under high pressure, so that the aluminum liquid flows through the extrusion die with grooves to make the heat sink. This extruded aluminum heat sink appropriately increases a certain curvature in each heat sink, which greatly increases the heat dissipation area while ensuring the volume remains unchanged, making it suitable for high power construction machinery.
