Auto Anodizing Lines
Anodizing is the most common surface treatment process that is to generate oxide films on the metal surface. With anodizing, you can anodize the metal to different metal color such as blue, green, gold, silver, and champagne.
We mainly provides anodizing processing with film thickness limitation of 100um, And We generally provide anodizing with 10-15μm for our customers, featuring an adodizing-resistant coating with an excellent cosmetic appearance.
CNC High Precision Machining
Kaixin is well-equipped with over 30 sets advanced CNC machines such as CNC lathe, PIA-6500, 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines, which can manufacture your product with a tolerance within 0.02mm and monthly capacity is 150,000 pieces
Large Extrusion Workshops
With the help of extrusion, heatsinks can be manufactured in various shapes for customer's specific needs.
Kaixin extrusion machine press force ranges from 600 ton to 5000 ton-- the product size can be varied and we can produce high complexity extruded profiles
Metal stamping Workshops
Metal stamping is the process to manufacture components by punching, cutting, stretching and bending. The thickness of stamped sheet metal ranges from 0.25mm to 12mm
At Kaixin, stamped parts can be used to assemble large machinery or end-use parts. We support 50 - 400 tons metal stamping machines for customizing your specific metal parts.
