The Pulse Frequency:

The Cycle:

1) 90,000 times when 80℃

Fill the test piece with water, pressurise

100kPa at a time and hold pressure for 60s,

pressure reaches 205kPa

Initial Condition:

1) 50g/L sodium chloride solution

2) The pH value: 6.5 - 7.5

3) temperature of the test chamber: 35℃±2℃

4) temperature of the solution: 47℃±2℃

Testing Procedure:

Spray continuously for 30min, then keep standing

for 90min

The Cycle:

Regular change, cycle 300 times

Vacuum Test

Testing Procedure:

1) Withdraw the air inside the specimen

2) The absolute pressure inside the test spciemen shall be reduced To 3kPa in 30 minutes.

Corrosion Test

Testing Procedure:
1) Mix 1 liter of distilled water with 148 mg of sodium sulphate, 1320 mg of sodium chloride, and 138 mg of sodium bisulphate to form a corrosive solution.

2) Mix the aqueous ethylene glycol solution and the corrosive solution in 1:1 ratio.
3) mix the resulting solution at a volume ratio of 40% ethylene glycol solution to 60% to form the final mixed solution.

4) Operate the internal corrosion test device at a temperature of 90°C.
5) Set the flow rate to between 5L - 30L / min.

The Cycle:

1) Duration: Run the test device for 76 hours continuously.

2) Interruption: Stop the device for 8 hours after every 76-hour run.

3) Repetition: Repeat the above cycle 14 times.
