Extrusion
Kaixin Aluminum uses pre-extruded aluminum heatsinks for CNC machining. Our materials are made of aluminum 6005, 6001-T651, 6061-T651 and 7075-T65. Our tonnages of extrusion machines range from 600 T to 5000 T per press, giving more size of aluminum extrusion heat sink.
CNC Machining
We have developed a standard set of tolerances that can be CNC machined to ±0.005″ (0.13mm). If you need tighter tolerances, we can provide additional CNC machining services
Metal Stamping
Own completed testers and QC system, PPAP and IMDS are available, after 100% Full inspection, defective rate ≤ 0.002%. Kaixin can customize your heat sink with progressive stamping dies, single hit stamping dies blanking dies ,carbide Dies Coining Dies, etc.
Anodizing

Our approach begins with a thorough analysis of our client's needs. We meticulously assess the operating conditions, dimensions, and power of the heat sources, as well as the required configurations of the cooling plates-whether they be in series or parallel. Through detailed communication, we conducted liquid cooling simulations at a specific temperature, assuming an ambient temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. The simulation results, as illustrated below, enabled us to provide a tailored thermal simulation report for water-cooled plates.

A: Yes, you can get your sample without shipping fee if you provide a CAD drawing. But you should pay for molding.
