Kaixin Phase Change Technology
A vapor chamber is a highly efficient thermal management solution that enables effective heat distribution across its surface. The advantages of vapor chambers include their ability to manage heat in multiple directions while maintaining minimal thermal resistance and enhancing overall cooling performance.
1. Heat from an external source is conducted through the aluminum vapor chamber (ALVC) wall to the evaporator section.
2. The working fluid absorbs heat, vaporizes, and moves toward the condensation end via the steam section.
3. At the condensation end, the fluid releases its latent heat to the external condensation module, enhancing cooling efficiency.
4. The working fluid returns to the evaporator as a liquid, driven by capillary pressure or gravity, completing the cycle.
