We use 6063-T5 industrial aluminum, which offers a high thermal conductivity of 201 W/m·K, delivering superior heat-transfer performance compared with similar materials. Fully compliant with ASTM B221, this material provides excellent strength and machinability, making it ideal for CNC precision machining and secondary thermal-enhancement structures.

Kaixin aluminum is a professional aluminum heat sink manufacturer located in Foshan, China. With the knowledge gained from over 15 years of experience in the aluminum industry and equipped with world-class advanced machining equipment, we not only provide our customers with high-quality heat sinks but also innovative and cost-effective thermal solutions for our clients to meet the increasingly diversified heat sinks demand in the market.

 

Our machining capabilities include:

Kaixin factory has a production capacity of 200 tons of aluminum per month, and our CNC machining capabilities can process up to 55,000 heat sinks per month. Aluminum extrusion (600-5500T aluminum press lines, can produce heatsink with width of 500mm);

We operate over 25 CNC machining centers (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis), with dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.02 mm. Our capabilities include CNC milling, turning, drilling, bending, punching, stamping, welding, friction stir welding (FSW) and laser cutting.

Kaixin provides anodizing (10–15 μm black film), powder coating, electroplating, painting, and degreasing. These surface treatments significantly improve surface durability and corrosion resistance-up to 2–3 times higher performance.
