Working Principle of High Temperature Heat Sink
The High Temperature Heat Sink utilizes a gas-liquid phase change thermal solution to efficiently manage extreme heat. When exposed to high temperatures, the working fluid inside absorbs heat, evaporates into gas, and spreads the heat across the heat sink.
As the gas moves to cooler areas, it releases the heat and condenses back into liquid, allowing the process to repeat continuously. This cycle ensures effective heat dissipation, reduces thermal resistance, and provides reliable cooling, making it ideal for high-performance electronics in demanding environments.
