Phase change technology: conduction and convection heat transfer mechanisms
1. Heat from an external source is transferred through the aluminum vapor chamber (ALVC) wall to the evaporator area.
2. The working fluid absorbs the heat, evaporates, and travels toward the condenser section through the vapor path.
3. At the condenser end, the fluid releases its latent heat to the external cooling module, improving cooling efficiency.
4. The fluid returns to the evaporator in liquid form, driven by capillary action or gravity, completing the cycle.
