Production Equipment
Kaixin's factory is equipped with advanced production facilities, including 4 aluminum extrusion lines (600–5500T), 25 high-precision CNC machining centers, and a fully automated anodizing line. The extrusion presses can handle both small-batch and large-section profiles with stable output. CNC machining centers perform complex geometric processing with dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.02 mm, ensuring high consistency and on-time delivery for your mass orders.
Process Capabilities
Kaixin uses high-precision extrusion dies, and every aluminum profile undergoes strict CNC secondary machining to achieve international standards for geometric accuracy and surface quality. Surface treatments include anodizing, powder coating, electroplating, painting, and degreasing/cleaning. Standard black anodized coatings are 10–15 µm thick, ensuring long-term durability and aesthetic appeal.
Production Capacity & Lead Time
Kaixin has a monthly aluminum production capacity of 200 tons, and CNC machining can process over 55,000 parts per month, supporting large-volume procurement plans.
